Please note: If we are “required” to use specific product on a specific surface in your home and we do not carry that product we will ask that the homeowner provide the product and we will be happy to use it.
One more point on cleaning products, we do keep a substitute basket stored in our vehicles for the limited applications for when a milder cleaner isn’t quite cutting the job, but it’s generally only used on first time and an as needed only basis. If a client objects to the use any cleaning products in our substitute basket, even if only used occasionally, just let us know and we won’t use them in your home at any time and it will be noted in your file for all of our cleaning technicians.
